The Belvedere Mansion and Gardens

The Belvedere is a 22-room Italianate mansion built in 1857 that is considered one of the finest mansions in Galena. Guided tours are available, which show off the mansion’s Victorian furnishings, chandeliers, items from Liberace’s estate, and green drapes from Gone with the Wind. Visitors can also stroll through the new gardens at their leisure.
