Home of the Hog Burger! Dixie Barbecue has be serving the residents of Southern Illinois delicious, real pit barbecue since 1948. Their menu features sandwiches and salads in addition to BBQ, but they are best known for the hog burger, a cheeseburger, BBQ pork, lettuce tomato, onion ring, and BBQ sauce.
